L'Échez nasce au piedi del picco della Clique (a est di mwdqLourdes), poi scorre verso nord, fiancheggiando a ovest la città di mwdgTarbes e la valle dell'mwdwAdour, nel quale confluisce a mweaMaubourguet. La sua lunghezza è di 64,1mweq kmcite-ref-1[1].
